Every month I lead a free guided meditation at Unity of Indy (907 N. Delaware Street, Indianapolis). It is one of my most sacred ways to serve those around me. And so, I share them with you here.
Today’s meditation explored our relationship to our physical body, the experience of embodiment, and being at home in the body. One of my favorite lines: “And even if you struggle to see evidence of love around you in that moment, you can always reconnect to the rising and falling of the breath and the beat of your heart. They are the constant miracles and blessings of your Being… Your body is a sacred garment — within this body temple, you are whole and you are home.”
