Oh. My. Goodness. These are decadent and luxurious. And, they’re super nourishing.  Raw chocolate is chock-full of minerals (especially magnesium) and doesn’t contain any of the normal additives, processing, or sensitivities of store-bought chocolate. They can be made completely sugar-free using high quality stevia. Powder stevia will mix best with the fat content of the recipe. If your system does well with raw honey, I highly recommend that as well.
