“Start by forgiving yourself. If you wait for another person to change or if you are demanding that this other person have a particular change of heart… I don’t know what more could be a definition of a waste of time. You have the capacity to make room in your life for more love if you clear it out yourself.”
-Karma Aja Daigle
I am so happy to share today’s interview! I invited back my dear friend, Karma Aja Daigle, who you may remember from a previous episode of the podcast. Karma is an oracle, energy healer and spiritual teacher living suburban bliss in Fairfield County Connecticut with her favorite spiritual guides – three charismatic kids, two charming chihuahuas and a kindhearted husband.
Karma is an incredibly gifted healer and teacher who can expand the awareness and expression – really, the consciousness – of just about any topic from physical health to leadership. In today’s interview, we discuss honoring our seasons, learning from the wisdom and heart of the earth, creating space through forgiveness and letting go, the embodiment of healing, trusting the loving presence of life, and how healing ourselves heals everyone else too.
If you want to learn more about Karma and perhaps even learn what an oracle is exactly, definitely check out Episode 007: How to Be in Loving Relationship with Your Business (or Anyone/thing) and Embodying the Love Your Body Deserves.
